I’ve been thinking some about how to work some of the argument and insights of Rest into infographics; fortunately it won’t be difficult, though since I’m not artist I’ll have to find someone to do it for me. In the meantime, HR Review (a British magazine about human resources) has this graphic about the 8-hour day and how to survive it.

That last bit about how “modern work is about managing energy, not time,” comes from Tony Schwartz’s great work, though maybe it’s just common knowledge now.
